Terms of Use

Last updated 2 September 2026

These terms govern use of the AutoLeb app and website. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use AutoLeb.

The service

AutoLeb helps vehicle owners post requests for parts, services, vehicles, and rentals, and notifies matching shops. We are not a party to any sale, repair, rental, or insurance contract. Prices quoted in the app are between you and the shop. We do not collect payment for parts or labour.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login safe. Shop (service provider) accounts are created by AutoLeb after an offline subscription arrangement. We may suspend, deactivate, or delete accounts that break these terms, are reported for abuse, or pose a safety risk. Deactivated and suspended accounts cannot sign in.

Location and matching

Requests are matched using a Lebanese district plus, when available, GPS distance. You must pick the district where you actually need the part or service. Falsifying location to spam shops is not allowed.

Acceptable use

Do not post illegal items, harassment, fake shops, stolen goods, or malware. Do not scrape the directory. Do not impersonate others. You may report a profile that violates these rules; we review reports and may hide content or disable accounts.

Listings and reviews

Shop information and reviews are user-generated. Ratings should reflect a real interaction. We may hide reviews or listings that are abusive or misleading. AutoLeb does not guarantee that a shop will respond or that a part is genuine.

Liability

To the extent allowed by Lebanese law, AutoLeb is provided as-is. We are not liable for deals you make off-platform, shop quality, vehicle safety, or delays. Our liability for the app itself is limited to the subscription fees a shop paid us in the previous three months, or zero for free owner accounts.

Intellectual property

AutoLeb branding, the app, and our catalogs are ours. You keep rights to photos you upload and grant us a licence to display them for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic. Courts of Beirut have jurisdiction, without limiting any consumer rights you may have.
